A: We serve Houston,TX and surrounding areas.
Yes, we are fully mobile — we come to your home, office, or preferred location. If you are outside our standard area, there may be a small travel fee.

If additional work is needed (pet hair removal, odor treatment, deep stain removal, etc.), those are offered as add-ons.
Q: How long does a service typically take?
A: For a sedan, the Premium Plus package usually takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on condition.
For SUVs, trucks, or 3-row vehicles, expect 2.5 to 3.5 hours (or slightly more) depending on condition and add-ons.
Q: How often should I schedule detailing or maintenance?
A: It depends on how you use your vehicle, but many clients prefer our monthly or biweekly maintenance plans to keep their vehicle in top shape. Full details or deep cleans are recommended 2–4 times per year, depending on wear and environment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept, and is a deposit required?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments (Stripe/Jobber).
A deposit (e.g. 25%) will be required to reserve your slot.

Q: What’s your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
A: You may cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice at no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a small fee.

Q: What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
A: If the weather prevents safe or quality work (e.g. heavy rain, lightning), we'll reschedule for no extra charge. For light weather conditions, we’ll still show up and evaluate on site.

Q: Do I need to provide water or power?
A: No — we bring all necessary tools, including water tanks and power equipment. However, if you have a power outlet or water access nearby, it can make things easier, but it’s not required.

Q: Are your products safe for all surfaces (paint, leather, fabric)?
A: Yes — we use professional-grade, automotive-safe products designed for paint, leather, fabrics, plastics, and trims. We avoid harsh chemicals and take care to protect your vehicle’s surfaces.

Q: Are there extra charges for heavily soiled vehicles or special conditions?
A: Yes — if your vehicle has excessive pet hair, deep stains, strong odors, or other severe conditions, we may charge an add-on fee. We’ll always inform you before proceeding with any extra work.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with a job?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll correct it at no extra charge.

Q: Why choose mobile detailing over a drive-through car wash?
A: Drive-through washes are fast but often leave swirl marks, miss tight areas, and don’t cover interiors. With mobile detailing, we hand-wash, get into all nooks and crannies, and tailor our service to your vehicle’s condition and your preferences.

Q: What are the maintenance plans and how do they work?
A: We offer Monthly and Biweekly maintenance plans based on our Premium Plus package. You get scheduled cleanings for a flat monthly fee, priority scheduling, and the flexibility to cancel or switch at any time. Discounted add-ons are available anytime.
